Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
When your piece is dispatched, a second email with tracking details will follow.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Each piece is shipped from Spain.
Shipping costs are estimated and may vary slightly depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Customs & Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local taxes.
These charges are determined by your country and remain the responsibility of the customer.

In Transit
Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the shipping provider.
While Moirai is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit, we will always do our best to support you if something goes wrong.
We recommend inspecting your parcel upon arrival and reporting any transport-related damage to us and the carrier within 48 hours.
