Returns & Refund Policy

Moirai is built on one-of-a-kind garments, revived textiles, and upcycled designs.
Each piece is unique - shaped by time, reworked with intention, and impossible to reproduce.
For this reason, all sales are final.

Exceptional Cases
Returns are only considered if an item has been significantly misrepresented.
If you believe this applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
mymoirai.official@gmail.com

Include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item
Each request is reviewed thoughtfully, and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

A Note on Imperfection
Moirai pieces are not always new — they are found, preserved, and transformed.
Subtle imperfections, signs of wear, and variations are not flaws, but part of their history and individuality.
By purchasing, you are choosing something that exists only once or is handmade, up-cycled and vintage.
